TEAM Story
The story of TEAM Private Wealth Management starts with the founder, Dustin Eldridge's, two passions colliding — sports and building wealth that changes lives for multiple generations.
Dustin grew up in a middle-class family in rural upstate New York. As a three-sport athlete in football, basketball and baseball, Dustin's life revolved around sports. Most of the life lessons he learned were from playing on a team, and he always envisioned a career in sports.
Dustin went off to college in Tampa, Florida, where he worked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for two years, with the hope of going to law school to be a sports agent. Unfortunately, he learned a hard life lesson about personal finances when he incurred over $120,000 of student loan debt and couldn't pay some of his bills, let alone afford law school. Ultimately, Dustin overcame the mountain of debt and decided to pursue a career in wealth management and financial education to help others never make the same mistakes he did.
Over the past decade of working as a financial planner, Dustin has heard too many stories of athletes, especially NFL players, going broke or losing money due to advisors taking advantage of them. His love for sports and the athletes who play them led him to start a firm that would support NFL players and their families the right way. Thus, TEAM Private Wealth Management was born.

We all know the "broke" statistics related to athletes. The truth is professional football players have been dramatically underserved, often taken advantage of.
Our goal is to change their lives by empowering them to take control of their personal finances. Leading with education, coaching and the tools typically reserved for only the wealthiest families in America, we teach players how to leverage their football careers to achieve Financial Freedom and leave a legacy of impact that lasts for generations.
